Get On Board

May is national scrapbooking month and Stampin Up has a great
deal on chipboard to go with it! If you spend $40 on any catalogue
merchandise (from May 1st ot 31st), you can buy any of the
chipboard (pgs 178-179) for 25% off. There is no limit to what
chipboard you buy once you have spent the initial $40. This offer
includes the clipboards, art journals, bitty book and board basics
as well.

What do you do with chipboard? You can change the colour
by rubbing your ink pad on it. You can heat emboss it with
versamark and embossing powder. You can glue paper to
it. You can leave it the way it is. The possibilities are endless.
I love it for scrapbooking because it adds dimension without
being bulky, and I can make it look any way I want. It is also
a great embellishment for cards. Check out this scrapbooking
page I've done using chipboard.

I rubbed each of the flowers with my Pretty in Pink ink pad and then used the stipple brush and White craft ink to add the shading.

Contact me if you have any questions or would like to place an order during the month of May to "Get on Board"!!
